My story
With a deep passion for artforms in textiles and threads, I created Nooloviyan—a Tamil name meaning ‘thread artist.’ We aim to introduce a unique style in the world of textile art.

I am Boopathy Thangavelu, an entrepreneur and self-taught artist from Coimbatore with a passion for creativity. My journey began with a degree in Textile Technology in 1995, starting my career as an embroidery designer in the garment industry. I later pursued postgraduate studies in Fashion Technology at NIFT to enhance my expertise in textiles and fashion.
